When selecting your chair
- Make sure you ask where the chair has been made. We can supply lower cost off shore products but we feel its important to provide a reliable chair, having motor failures or a frame falure is something we want to avoid.
- Also ask if trained service technicians are available to resolve any problems that may come up. We regularly recieve calls from people who have purchased chairs from other vendors and are having problems, many times its a minor issue but unless a technician can assess that, its difficult fix the problem.
